What's On Tonight (Wednesday): Young Bears

We Baby Bears

May the 4th be with you! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, May 4!

Our Top Pick tonight is the magical animated We Bare Bears prequel We Baby Bears (Cartoon Network, 6 p.m.). I say magical because the prequel, which debuted earlier this year, finds the three bears — Grizzly, Panda, and Ice Bear — as cubs traveling from prospective home to prospective home in a magical teleporting box.

Elsewhere, BET gets on board The Porter, Good Sam finds an end, Kung Fu has secrets, Three Mile Island has a Meltdown, Beverly Goldberg makes a difficult decision, and BET Her has a Recipe for Mother's Day.

STREAMING & EARLY PRIMETIME

Meltdown: Three Mile Island (Netflix, 3 a.m.): LIMITED SERIES. "Insiders recount the events, controversies and effects of the accident at the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant in Pennsylvania."

Moon Knight (Disney+, 3 a.m.): SERIES FINALE. The sun rises and so ends the reign of the knight, I guess. I bailed on this show, so I have no idea what is happening.✔️

πŸ“Ί Star Trek (Paramount+, now): I love original recipe Star Trek, though the third season is rough. On this streamer you can watch it remastered, uncut, and in its original format, unlike reruns on other channels. Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Scotty, Uhura, Sulu, Chekov, and a bunch of other people that wear red shirts.

⭐ We Baby Bears (Cartoon Network, 6 p.m.): The Bears and Squatter Otter crash a couple's swanky pad while they're out of town.
