Made in Abyss |
We're all a little looney! Here's what's on television for tonight, Saturday, March 12!
Our top pick tonight is the 2012 anime Made in Abyss (Adult Swim, 1:30 a.m.). In this world, a young orphan, Riko, and an android boy, Reg, venture to a possibly-infinite hole, the Abyss, a place of fortune from civilizations long gone but often cursing those who dive too far. In the Abyss, the duo finds out a lot about themselves as the story starts getting quite bonkers in the best way. A second season is in the works.
Elsewhere, ZoΓ« Kravitz is Live from New York, the Founder gets involved with the Attack, Hallmark has Butterflies, Star Trek gets to the Unknown, finals hit the Classroom, HGTV Builds It Forward, BET drives on Beale Street, and Luffy gets a Piece of mermaids.

Tiny Toon is quite as outlandish and meta as Animaniacs, but it is still chock full of pop culture parodies, references, and critiques as well as featuring many Warner Bros. cameos. It's theme song is one of the best in all of television.✔️
