I got nothing this week. Luckily, even when I got nothing, I still got the Lifetime Movie Network. So let us spend our Friday evening basking in the wonder that is Framed by My Sister. Long lost evil twin? LAME. We're talking long lost evil triplet. Now, you might be wondering, how would that even work? You'll just have to tune in and wonder no more.
Elsewhere Netflix has a new Madea film, which is weird since I thought the character had been killed off. I guess one of Tyler Perry's mansions needs a third swimming pool.
Netflix also has a new Vikings series that takes place a hundred years after the first one. It'll be interesting seeing the leaps in technology the Vikings made in that hundred years. There better be at least one scene of characters marveling at how their ancestors ever coordinated raiding and pillaging without cell phones.
Last of all I finished The Legend of Vox Machina. I was somewhat unimpressed with the first few episodes, but I have to say that I did get sucked in eventually. Perhaps my expectations of what I thought the show would be tainted it originally. Once I got used to what the show actually was (a pretty traditional D&D-style fantasy adventure with jokes), I did enjoy it. I look forward to season 2.
