This is from a collection of lunch recipes - what do you do for a nicer-than-usual lunch?
My family always had lunch together on the weekends, often on both days. Fresh bread rolls, cheese, ham, salad, etc., with all the food out on the table to serve yourself. Still a default lunch for me. Often followed by a trip to the library, after which I went to bed with a stack of books, despite getting told I should be outside 'enjoying the day'.
