Maybe the Oxford Community School District should have allowed the Michigan AG to investigate them. The AG might have decided that the responsibility lay on the individuals involved. As is they are going to have to defend against two $100 million lawsuits for allowing Ethan Crumbley to return to kill. [Oakland Press]
More likely the AG would come to the same conclusion.
This is not old news. Today, again, Trump failed in appellate court to stop the release of incriminating documents to the House select committee on the insurrection. The Supreme Court has the option to take it up and rule (and does anyone trust them anymore?) but the appellate decision doesn't allow them much room for dissent. [BuzzFeed]

There's an unhappy rich lady in Italy. She is the largest donor to the insurrection that we're aware of. She claims she doesn't support violence but she spent an awful lot of money to push violence. Don't boycott Publix because of Julie Fancelli - Publix is as horrified as you. [Guardian]
Canada has banned conversion therapy. Conversion therapy tortures LGBTQetc. people until they are "converted". It is most often used on children, against their will. I would say that it's ineffective but that's not true. It hasn't made anyone straight but it has caused suicide, self-harm and other psychological problems. [NPR]
Now do the US. I don't care where Manchin and Sinema stand on this because there are Republicans that will cross the aisle to protect their children.
