Texas decided to make an end run around the US Constitution and the federal government and the US Supreme Court is poised to allow it. The FDA may have outsmarted both. Medication that induces abortion no longer requires a doctor's office visit and can be mailed directly to the patient. This would undo the Texas ban on this one method because the only way to prove anything would be to commit a federal crime by interfering with the US mail. [CNN]
