What's up with that! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, December 15!
Tonight's Top Pick is the latest Marvel project, Hawkeye (Disney+, 3 a.m.). Sure, Clint Barton/Hawkeye has always been bland and boring. That remains fairly true. However, adding Hailee Steinfeld's Kate Bishop is a massive perk and now with Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova for this final stretch, the show has positive qualities. Tonight's episode is the penultimate one.
Elsewhere, Mr. Mayor, Young Rock, and Kenan celebrate with holiday specials, the last Singer is unMasked, the final Survivor survives, The Challenge concludes challenges, Paolo Sorrentino unleashes his latest, it's Always Sunny in Dublin, and The CW has a Jingle Ball.

📺🎄 A Garfield Christmas (Peacock, now): Garfield, Jon, and Odie go to Jon's grandmother's house for Christmas, where Garfield finds a present for Grandma.
🎥 The Hand of God (Netflix, 3 a.m.): The story of a boy in the tumultuous Naples of the 1980s. This is the latest from Italian filmmaker Paolo Sorrentino, whose previous credits include the impressive works The Great Beauty, Il Divo, and Youth.
⭐ Hawkeye (Disney+, 3 a.m.): Yelena is in the city to kill Hawkeye! Kate is really attached to Clint. And it's still almost Christmas. He has to get home to his kids. I need Laura Barton (Linda Cardellini) closer to the action. And Vera Farmiga to have more to do.
📺🎄 Inspector Gadget Saves Christmas (Paramount+, now): In this 1992 special, featuring the characters from the 1980s TV series, Inspector Gadget is off to the North Pole to stop Dr. Claw from taking over Santa's elves and workshop.
💲 Jeopardy! (Syndicated, check local listings): Final day of the semifinals with contestant Deborah Steinberger, who I adore.
📺🎄 The Little Drummer Boy (Peacock, now): The early Rankin/Bass special about an orphan drummer boy who hated humanity but finds his life changed forever when he meets three wise men on route to Bethlehem. It was an annual TV staple back in the day.
🎥🎄 Mickey's Christmas Carol (Disney+, now): The classic, Oscar-nominated short finds Disney animated characters playing the roles in an animated retelling of the Charles Dickens masterpiece.

In 1987, Rocky and Dwayne take jobs as a mall Santa and elf. In 1993, Dwayne reluctantly spends a disastrous Christmas with Coach O. Hopefully there is no stupid story to modern Rock needing to tell a story with "jokes."
The Murders at Starved Rock (HBO, 8 p.m.): SERIES FINALE. In 1960, three women are murdered in Starved Rock State Park in La Salle County, IL, followed by the conviction and sentencing of Chester Weger, who seeks to clear his name after spending 60 years in prison.
