Tonight's Top Pick is the latest stand-up special from the Home Box Office. This time it is Queens-raised actor-writer-comedian Ricky Velez (HBO, 10 p.m.). He was a correspondent on The Nightly Show and co-starred in The King of Staten Island.

Danger Force (Nickelodeon, 8 p.m.): SEASON PREMIERE. Rick Twitler returns with a new plan to control Mika's mind through a spooky VR video game. It's up to Danger Force to exorcise the Rick Twitler out of Mika before they're all plunged back into the Dark Ages for good.
Side Hustle (Nickelodeon, 8:30 p.m.): It's Halloween and the kids open a haunted house, recruiting Mad Scientist Fisher to use unorthodox technology to bring a stuffed bear to life. Supernatural made it pretty clear that stuffed bears come to life don't lead good lives.
π₯ Switched Before Birth (Lifetime, 8 p.m.): Couple Olivia and Brian's world is turned upside down when they discover that one of their two new babies conceived through in vitro fertilization is not a biological twin, but was implanted into Olivia by mistake.
