Missouri has joined the race to the bottom. Everyone from Missouri congresspeople to the Pope has requested that Gov. Parson stop the execution of an intellectually disabled man. He won't. [St. Louis Post-Dispatch]
McConnell and Republicans say they won't raise the debt ceiling to pay for Biden's programs. Biden's programs haven't even passed yet. The debt ceiling needs to be raised so the government can pay the debt that Trump and the Republicans ran up. [ABC]

Facebook is back so everyone can laugh at Yang again. I'm not accusing them of blacking out on purpose but it certainly was a convenience for Facebook that nobody could talk about how awful Facebook is on Facebook all day. [CNN] [NPR]
