What's On Tonight (Wednesdays): 999,951 Little Things to go

A Million Little Things (via TV Fanatic)

Blessed be the fruit! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, May 12!

Tonight's Top Pick is the 49th episode of ABC's A Million Little Things, the alphabet network's attempt at emotion-manipulating melodrama Γ  la This Is Us. After a death, friends rally around one another and lots of drama happens, plus secrets. So many (poorly conceived) secrets. Not to mention the source material.

Elsewhere, we meet the Upshaws, Nova explores infertility, gardeners get a competition show, Erica Goldberg still isn't over a breakup, we go back to The Hills, Nancy Drew meets a billionaire, Queen Teresa firms her grip on Europe, and there's a fire station garage sale.

STREAMING & EARLY PRIMETIME

Clipped (Discovery+, 3 a.m.): SERIES PREMIERE. Attention gardeners! Martha Stewart, landscape designer Fernando Wong, and lifestyle expert Chris Lambton judge horticulture designers, who are vying for a $50,000 prize. So... definitely not related to the occasionally charming and short-lived TBS sitcom with Ashley Tisdale and Mike Castle. Though I mostly remember is for the George Wendt-Reginald VelJohnson kiss.

πŸŽ₯ Dance of the Forty One (Netflix, 3 a.m.): "At the end of the 19th century, Ignacio de la Torre married the daughter of the president of Mexico, Porfirio DΓaz. Ignacio leads a double life: he rises in the traditional world of politics while being a member of a clandestine society."

The Handmaid's Tale (Hulu, midnight): June seeks out more active rebels, while Janine tries to help her fit in with their new group of survivors.

πŸ’² Jeopardy! (Syndicated, check local listings): Wake up! Bill Whitaker is almost done.

Occasional Cooks (What's On Tonight & Pop Culture, 7 p.m.): What have you been making in your kitchen lately? Want some inspiration? Check out our weekly food thread!

The Upshaws (Netflix, 3 a.m.): SERIES PREMIERE. In Indiana, a working-class, blended African American family struggles to make it work and make it right without the blueprints to do it. But are they Mike Pence fans? Do they know the Hecks? Do they live near Pawnee?✔️
