What's On Tonight (Sunday): And the Oscar for Best CEO goes to: Birdgirl

Birdgirl

Hey! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, April 25!

The Top Pick is Adult Swim's Harvey Birdman follow-up Birdgirl. Following the death of Phil Ken Sebben, his daughter Judy Ken Sebben is eventually named CEO of Sebben & Sebben. However, she is having trouble balancing being a CEO and superhero. The humor and pacing are on par with Harvey Birdman, as well as the occasionally zany B story (Birdcat!), but don't expect Hanna-Barbera cameos. I quite enjoy Kether Donohue as Judy's assistant Gillian.

Elsewhere, AMPAS hands out the 2021 Oscars (but still not for voice acting, casting, stunts, or graphic design! Boo!!!), Mare questions suspects, Dwight & Gretta solve their memory problems, crown princess Martha must exploit her friendship with FDR, Fear the Walking Dead has a new threat, When Calls has a wedding, the Godfather of Harlem wants to go national, and Therapy patients struggle during the pandemic.
