Moxie |
Down with the patriarchy! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, March 3!
Tonight's Top Pick, among only a slim number of options (reruns!), is Amy Poehler's latest directorial work. Moxie is about a shy 16-year-old (Hadley Robinson) high school student who decides to stand up against the sexism and toxic status quo at her high school by publishing a zine to inspire others. Her inspiration is her mom (Poehler).
Elsewhere, Beverly Goldberg wants to be BFFs with her coworkers, Jason is a SEAL again, there's a murderer among the Mormons, Jackie visits Roseanne's grave, the final season's contestants attempt to Name That Tune, Mariana regroups after her activist app was hijacked, and the Resident Alien is no longer the town doctor.
