What's On Tonight (Sunday): Great Northern exposure

The Great North

Good day my Nanooks! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, March 7!

Tonight's Top Pick is Fox's latest animation offering, The Great North. While not as strong as its sibling Bob's Burgers, it has promise and certainly isn't a bad series. It follows the lives of the Tobin family in small town Alaska. There's the divorced dad, the awkward and sentimental teen daughter, the sensitive older son and his girlfriend from the lower 48, the creative middle son, and the bear costume-wearing youngest. Oh, and there's Alanis Morissette as an imaginary friend.

Elsewhere, the Good Girls are back, Harry and Meghan share the hot goss with Oprah, Alfred Pennyworth is on duty, the American-Canadian Critics Choice Association pick the best in film and TV, Food Network's chef bracket return, food trucks duke it out, ESPN spotlights Walter Iooss, Epix picks up Condor, Cletus Spuckler becomes a singing sensation, When Calls the Heart has a oil mess, and Pepsi and Coke get their backstories.
