YouTube is full of stuff. Legal stuff, illegal stuff, copyrighted stuff, copyrighted stuff uploaded illegally with some haphazard "this is used for education" description, flipped videos, and more. Music is a big part of the platform's content, and most artists can't find a better place to upload their live shows (Unless you want the stilted, paywalled AF Qello... RIP old Qello), so they go to YouTube to upload them. Yes, we could focus this article on all sorts of live show uploads, but might as well give some views and advertising money to the actual artists and choose the legal shows, right? Especially when most bands/artists used the pandemic to upload new and old live material to the platform!

I remember going nuts back in the day, trying to find this My Chemical Romance concert in legal platforms, to the point in where I must have seen the replay on the Movie City (RIP) service a million times just because I knew it was the only way to watch it. They uploaded it on full three years ago. Teen me is delighted.
Another favorite live show of mine that, even when I have the official digital edition of it, I tend to give the YouTube version a whirl because the duo gets the royalties that way. It's a brilliant show, more than recommended!
It's rare that I didn't choose The Fratellis to be the top video on the article, right? But even though they're not the first, they'll still be here with their really fun O2 Academy show, which they uploaded full, but in pieces, to their official channel.
Did you know that, a few months ago, Placebo uploaded some full, rare shows of theirs to their YouTube channel? Now you know. Enjoy!
The Hives did a similar thing as well, so I'm gonna leave y'all with their hilarious Lollapalooza Chile gig because nor Sir Elton nor the Bowie channel have full live shows that I have seen. To counteract the bummer, have some Swedish madness:
What's your favorite full live show that's legally uploaded online? Which live show would you like to see uploaded online legally?
