Is anyone else watching Nadiya Bakes on Netflix? She certainly makes it all look very easy - I actually feel like making bread might be within reach after watching her do it.
I'm planning to try this one on the weekend. It's a little off-brand for the show, not actually being a bread or pastry, but instead just a super easy way to make noodles.
The chicken is cooked in the marinade, then the noodles put in the dish for the last ten minutes to cook.
Would be better if it had a bit more vegetables in the dish - not sure how you'd incorporate them though. Suggestions welcome.
I feel like the show is occasionally a little vague with the recipe details, but they are all on the BBC website. She also did a pavlova, which I'm going to take as a sign she reads this column...
