What's On Tonight (Sunday): The Watchers of Ankh-Morpork

The Watch

Hiyo! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, January 17!

Our Top Pick tonight is BBC America's The Watch, which was once thought to be an adaptation of Terry Pratchett's works, but it turns out to be (quite) loosely inspired by. If you are a fan of the Discworld series, this show is different, altering everything from key characters to the tone. Not surprisingly, the show, which follows a group misfit cops in Ankh-Morpork, hasn't been well-received.

Elsewhere, there's a new Batwoman, Fox previews The Great North again, Miss Scarlet needs a man (for work), Lip Gallagher tells his story, PBS spotlights Agatha Christie, and the Rookie gets a visit from mom.
