In the Long Run |
[*twitches nose*] Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, January 10!
Did you know Idris Elba was in a television show? He is! And that show, In the Long Run, is the Top Pick tonight. It's a period dramedy set in 1980s and loosely based on Elba's childhood. The show revolves around Elba's life and family being disrupted when relatives (his brother) from Sierra Leone drop in. As of last week's third season premiere, mother is visiting, too.
Elsewhere, HBO gives Tiger Woods doc treatment, the British has puppers and kitties who need care, American Gods is still a show, critics give out awards for their best of 2020, the Milkoviches are a pain, CNN reflects on the storming of the Capitol, and Masterpiece spotlights OG host Alistair Cooke.
