What's On Tonight (Saturday): Endangered animals are ready for their close-up

Photo Ark

[*opens door like Squiggy*] Hello! Tonight's highlight is part two of National Geographic's further look into the Photo Ark project and the animals. The Photo Ark, which has existed for 15 years, is helmed by photographer Joel Sartore, who travels the world photographing rare and endangered species of all shapes and sizes. Not all of those photographed still exist. There was an excellent PBS profile a few years back. And there's a fantastic coffee table book.

Elsewhere, Christmas movies are out in force on Lifetime and Hallmark networks, Anya Taylor-Joy gets involved with friends' love lives, Kurt Russell is a planet, body horror history is profiled, a new student joins E Class, and Adele does live sketch comedy.

He may have been your father, boy, but he wasn't your daddy, here's what's on television for tonight, Saturday, October 24!
