Yo! We are back to kids shows. Tonight's Top Pick goes to Disney's animated series The Owl House. The show, which features the voices of Wendie Malick and Alex Hirsch, is about teenager Luz who stumbles upon a portal to another world. She befriends the witch Eda the Owl Lady and her cute demon roommate King. Liz, who doesn't feel much love from her family, finds a new family in Eda and King and pursues becoming a witch. The show is okay, still unable to fully grasp the chemistry of its world and characters. Motherland agrees.

Elsewhere, The Code digs deeper into a government conspiracy, Amphibia goes to the streets of Newtopia, Ben Affleck is a coach, Cheyenne Bodie seek frontier justice, and a Toonami classroom is in session with assassination on its mind.
