Via Imgur

Hello One and All, Once again its a Tuesday in the middle of July and there is not a heck of a lot on, thus PBS being Top Pick....I figure I'd give my default Tuesday Top Pick-- Stargirl-- a break after the past two weeks...This is What's On for July 14th 2020.

NCIS (CBS): Rerun from January has the team investigating an F18 crash, and trying to solve the disappearance of the pilot who seems to be missing from the crash site; Is he alive? Is he dead? Will Gibbs get answers??? Meanwhile McGee discusses a sensitive issue with his fellow agents. (He's considering a vasectomy, I love how i remember this!)

America's Got Talent (NBC): Auditions 7

20/20 (ABC): "The Last Defense of Julius Jones" (???)

Hell's Kitchen (FOX): Rerun

Stargirl (The CW):  "Tensions rising among the JSA members after Courtney suggests whom she wants to recruit next to the team; Barbra invites Jordan and his family over to dinner; Henry Jr makes a surprising discovery about his dad." (The episode is titled "Brainwave") (Is it wrong that Stargirl is pretty much Top Pick on Tuesdays now by default???)

Secrets of the Dead (PBS): "Hannibal Crossing the Alps"---Hannibal Crosses the Alps in order to launch an attack on Rome. (thus answering the question--Why Did Hannibal Cross The Alps???)

Gordon Ramsey Uncharted (Nat Geo): Peru Off the Menu

Deadliest Catch (Discovery): Battling exhaustion, Wild Bill and his crew face the wrath of a bomb cyclone. (You Da Bomb Now Cyclone!!!) (What? Don't look at me like that!)

My Journey Thru French Cinema (TCM): Hosted by filmmaker Bertrand Tavernier is this 2016 documentary that dives quite deeply into the history of France's film industry (Whoa look at me here stepping on Sillstaw's territory here!) This is three and a half hours long btw! (Mon Dieu!)

Reunited At Christmas (Hallmark): Nikki DeLoach plays a woman who is used to spending every Christmas at her Nana's house, but after her Nana dies, she finds herself bereft having to spend her first Christmas without her, but will love find her instead??? (Its a Hallmark Channel movie, so I'm assuming it does!)

9:00

FBI (CBS): Rerun from December finds a former kidnapping victim being linked to a series of murders including that of the daughter of an NYPD detective. What's the connection? The agents race to find out (Dun, Dun, Dunnn)

Prodigal Son (FOX): The catching killers drama with Tom Payne, Lou Diamond Phillips, and Michael Sheen  returns to the schedule with reruns! RERUNS!

Alice Wetterlund-My Mama is a Woman and So Am I (The CW): The comedian (and former "People of Earth" co-star!) speaks presumably about her mother I'm guessing???

Frontline (PBS): Top Pick Of the Night is this longtime PBS investigative journalist staple tonight with  "Once Upon A Time In Iraq"-----Civilians, journalists, and soldiers from both sides of the conflict explain their experiences during the Iraq War from the Fall of Saddam to the end of the Islamic State Group.

Greenleaf (OWN): "The 4th Day"

Chopped (Food): 4 chefs must tame some wild game meat in every round and with a different bourban to accent and compliment their dishes.  (There are different kinds of bourban???)

Ghost Adevntures (Travel): A Cincinnati rectory is plagued by a demonic entity; meanwhile a tiny Texas town with crazy water may be tied to a hotel being infested with ghostly vermin. (Shakes head)

Gordon Ramsey Uncharted (Nat Geo): New Zealand Off the Menu

Dirty Jobs--Row'd Trip (Discovery): Tight Spaces--exploring a cave. (Exploring a cave???)

Gomer Pyle (MeTV): A sergeant is angered by Gomer being seemingly interested in his girlfriend. (I don't think that sergeant has anything to worry about here, just a hunch)

9:30

Green Acres (MeTV): Oliver searches for a mysterious registered letter delivered to someone in his family. (Mysterious Registered Letter!)

10:00

FBI's Most Wanted (CBS): A mother goes on an angry crime spree after her son is horribly over-sentenced for a petty crime. (CBS? CBS? CBS?)

World of Dance (NBC): Duets Round 2

What Would You Do? (ABC):

Celebrity Show Off (TBS):

Dirty John (USA): Season Finale finds "Empathy from strangers allows Betty to avoid feeling what she's doing until she can't stay anymore." (Does that sentence make any sense to anyone?) (The episode is titled "Perception Is Reality")

Supermarket Stakeout (Food):

HAVE A GREAT TUESDAY ONE AND ALL!!!!
