Welcome to the Weekend in Pop Culture! Let's examine what's coming out in theaters this weekend...

What was supposed to come out was "Ghostbusters: Afterlife," a reboot of a reboot of a beloved 80's franchise; and "The Forever Purge," an installment of "The Purge" that should have a Two-Face and Riddler disguise in it or it's a wasted opportunity. "Ghostbusters" is now scheduled for March of next year, and "Forever" is TBA.
