My plum trees are in super abundance this season so I’m making as many recipes using plums as possible. When cooked down the Santa Rosa plum is one of the most beautiful colors I’ve ever seen. I did tweak this recipe a smidge to make it the way I like. Feel free to play around w various spices/sugars and fruits . (Recipe is last picture)
