What's On Tonight (Tuesday): "The Last OG" Airs Its Last Episode Of Season Three

Via Gifer

Hello Everybody...Tonight Top Pick goes to Tracy Morgan's TBS sitcom The Last O.G. which is a pretty good show that everybody seemed to enjoy during its first season, moderately enjoyed in its second season, and seems to have ignored altogether during this current third season with which it wraps up tonight. Even I haven't actually gone thru the accumulated episodes on demand as of yet, although i probably will soon since I did genuinely enjoy the show's previous seasons. This Is What's On for June 9th, 2020

8:00

NCIS (CBS): Rerun from October that has them investigating a female marine colonel after evidence arises that she may have murdered her neighbor while sleepwalking. (What?!?!?) (Its a plotline, I guess)

America's Got Talent (NBC): Auditions 3 (So many auditions!!!!)

The Connors (ABC): Much like last week, the listings in advanced list the last two episodes of the season being rerun in this hour. The second episode has Becky taking her baby to Mexico to visit baby daddy Emilio who got deported at the end of last season...and it ends with them impulsively marrying. (Awww???? Well kind of, Becky is walking away from him at the border and then turns around and comes back and says "So do you wanna get married or what???")

Hell's Kitchen (FOX): Rerun from Fall of 2017!

Stargirl (The CW): Courtney sets out to recruit new members of the Justice Society of America; Pat's suspicion is piqued following a bizarre conversation with one of the town's residents. (Ok)

Great Performances (PBS): Rerun of their broadcast of the Broadway version of "Kinky Boots"

Deadliest Catch (Discovery): "Cold War Heating Up"---Dumping 175 pots on the border as the crab biomass migrates across the Russian line. (shrugs--I don't know what that means either!!!)

Country At Heart (Hallmark): A singer meets a Nashville songwriter in need of inspiration. Starring Jessy Scram, Niall Matter, and Lucas Bryant. (They're starting to run out of inspiration here aren't they--hey that could be the plotline for one of their movies---"He was a programmer for Hallmark Channel--she was a struggling writer of Hallmark Cards who just needed a big break")

9:00

FBI (CBS): Rerun of the season finale where Hailey Upton from Chicago PD somehow crosses networks to appear on this show to investigate a drug deal gone bad after the body of a college student is found nearby.

Modern Family (ABC): Will this be the week that the network finally reruns these two episodes after being pre-empted for the past 2 weeks??? (Tentatively scheduled for tonight is the episodes where they family goes to Paris to see Jay get a lifetime achievement award only to find out that its actually being awarded posthumously to his arch rival--RIP JON POLITO!!!----and also the episode scheduled to follow that one is a rerun of the last episode with Fred Willard in his recurring role as Phil's dad--RIP FRED WILLARD!!!)

24 Hours To Hell and Back (FOX): Rerun!

Jim Gaffigan-Noble Ape (THE CW): Broadcast of Gaffigan's stand up special about life in the quarantine???

Chopped (Food): Appetizer basket loaded with foods to fuel hungry sports fans, while the entree basket has a super strange shot glass and a new flavor of wings. (ooh wings!) (Also Anything For My Hungry Guys!)

Lost Gold of World War 2 (History): "Bottom of Brunch 6" (Wha??)

The Civil War (Nat Geo): Civil war guerilla fighters who then became outlaws after the war had ended--including Jesse James!!! (No, Not Jesse James!!!) (Yes Jesse James!!!)

Ghost Adventures (Travel): Infamous Shanghai Tunnels of Portland Oregon, and a haunted lighthouse in Point Sur California

American Chopper (Discovery): "The Last Ride" Two hour episode! (Oh Boy!)

Gomer Pyle (MeTV): Both Gomer and Sgt Carter take the officer's training exam. (The answer is Shazam!)

9:30

Green Acres (MeTV): Oliver makes an attempt to recreate the Founding of Hooterville. (which sounds a lot dirtier than it probably is)

One Day At A Time (Pop): Rerun of the last episode that aired back in April that involved the moon making people act a little wackier than usual. (Full Moon Fever!!!)

10:00

FBI's Most Wanted (CBS): A manipulative student commits murder in a fit of jealous rage and then goes on the lamb and threatens to cross the border. (Does the student call the FBI to inform them of this??? "Hello FBI??? I just to let you know that i'm thinking of crossing the border if you don't catch me soon...so come and get me yeah???")

World of Dance (NBC): Qualifiers 3 (3 Fast 3 Qualify!) (3 World 3 Dance!)

The Genetic Detective (ABC): The 1996 rape and murder of an 18 year old in Idaho and exonerating the wrongly accused man who spent 20 years in prison for the crime. (nods)

Dirty John (USA): A worried Betty takes a desperate step to save her marriage. (What? Why? The episode is called "Marriage Encounter")

Tirdy Works (Tru TV): Mary can't afford the services of big city consultants so she turns to raising capital in her own backyard. (Maybe she can take tips from watching old episodes of Green Acres???)

Supermarket Stakeout (Food):

Surviving the Mount St. Helen's Disaster (Nat Geo): Pretty self explanatory

10:30

The Last O.G. (TBS): Top Pick of the night is this show which is wrapping up its third season with "Cousin Bobby is accused of being a snitch after being released early from his prison sentence; Tray meanwhile faces a formidable bully in his new girlfriend's ex husband who is a cop" (And this being a season finale makes me fearful that the season could end up with him being wrongly re-arrested or something like that) (In looking this up, apparently every episode this season has been credited with being written by Keenan Ivory Wayans--and he had not been involved with the show's previous two seasons, so that was an interesting thing to learn--also Robert Townsend is credited with having directed a couple of the episodes this season as well so that's just good pedigree right there)

HAVE A GREAT TUESDAY ONE AND ALL--FRASIER HAS LEFT THE BUILDING!!!!
