We had a bbq yesterday since it was too hot to cook inside so I made this delicious side dish. This is such a savory tasty recipe that I can eat it by itself.
We were so hungry yesterday that I didn’t plate the dish by itself hence the picture with peppers y onions and hatch pepper cheesy shells.
