What's On Tonight (Thursday): The Sinner Sins One Last Time On Its Season 'Sin'ale.

Get it? Get it? Sinale--cause Sin? (waves hand) Ahhhh I know its dumb. There are a ton of shows finishing up their runs tonight and I had a difficult time deciding which to give the top pick status to--but I went with literally the only one that hadn't had it previously this season, but the other shows all finishing their respective seasons tonight include Picard, Deputy, A Million Little Things, and Outmatched. (I was thiiiiis close to making it a co-top pick between Deputy and A Million Little Things since i actually watch those shows, but you gotta give it to the show that hasn't had it yet I guess--Deputy will be missed if that doesn't come back and its kinda unlikely it will cause ratings have been sluggish, but you never know!!!!)

Streaming:

Picard (CBS ALL ACCESS): Wrapping up its first season "Et in Arcadia Ego Part 2"

Devs (HULU): "Kenton pays Jamie a visit to guarantee his silence; Katie covertly exploits the Devs system to her own ends"

Unorthodox (Netflix): New limited series about "A Hasidic Jewish woman in Brooklyn flees to Berlin from an arranged marriage and is taken in by a group of musicians--until her past comes looking for her" (oooook)

Broadcast:

8:00

Young Sheldon (CBS): Still in rerun mode for the night (cause of the lack of March Madness) we got a pair of reruns from literally two months ago here---"Sheldon tries to figure out Paige's emotions when she starts acting out due to her parents' divorce; while Georgie tries to buy his way out of his chores upsetting his parents." (Paige if you remember was Sheldon's child genius rival whom he was a bit jealous of)

Superstore (NBC): When Carol returns to work, Amy struggles when employees refuse to work alongside her (well yeah she did go full "Fatal Attraction" at Sandra's wedding so understandable); Garrett and Mateo take advantage of the gig economy; and Jonah tries to convince a group of protesters outside that he's one of them. (Why?!?!?)

Last Man Standing (FOX): Mike and Mandy go to extreme measures to help Vanessa connect with the voters in her state assembly campaign;  Ed's offer to split a baby gift for Kristen and Ryan leads Chuck and Kyle to wonder which of them makes more money. (shrugs--I guess this qualifies for a subplot, but it seems kinda thin to me)

Station 19 (ABC): After some rather intense recent experiences, the Station 19 crew is ordered a mandatory psych eval and must each go one on one with a shrink. (I'm sure this goes perfectly well)

Katy Keene (The CW): Katy vies for an important apprenticeship but in order to earn it she is given an impossible task that involves dealing with Xandra; Josie is eager to get her music career on track and out into the world so she shoots a music video behind Alexander's back. (Literally behind Alexander's back--the entire music video is just a camera attached to Alexander's back without him knowing it!) (No I'm kidding, I don't even know who these people are!)

A Brush With Love (Hallmark): Your Hallmark Channel Movie of the Night is this one where "A discouraged artist paints a portrait of Prince Charming which then comes to life" (I think you can guess where this is going) Starring Arielle Kebbel (of The Bone Collector!!!), and Mark Bateman (Not of The Bone Collector)

8:30

Young Sheldon (CBS): The second of two reruns tonight is the one where George Sr, Georgie, and Craig T Nelson go camping together and Wallace Shawn shows up unexpectedly (Nobody Ever Expects Wallace Shawn!); Sheldon and Missy invent a new game.

Brooklyn 9-9 (NBC): When a prank goes disastrously wrong, things take a decidedly Agatha Christie turn. (Does Jake play Poirot here??? Will he do a French accent??)

Outmatched (FOX): In this unlikely to return sitcom's season finale "Mike and Kay get caught in a lie about Leila's birthdate so they throw her a party with a theme of her choosing; Brian, Nicole, and Marc struggle with the news that Cita and Irwin would be their guardians if something should happen to Mike and Kay." (shrugs--you were not that good a sitcom, but you were mildly diverting enough as Sunday night filler where you were rerun while i'd be waiting for The Simpsons to start)

9:00

Mom (CBS): Rerun from late October has a woman who's a member of the AA group dying at a meeting and Christy and Bonnie and the others struggling to find ways to honor her memory (because they all feel like they didn't really know her that well despite her having come to meetings for a little while, and they all feel tremors of guilt over that)

Indebted (NBC): This really, really, really sub-par sitcom airs two back-to-back episodes tonight starting with "Dave and Rebecca have 24 hours without their kids and the 2 of them try to live it up as best they can but they are disappointed with their options; Deb and Stew try to cheer Joanna up after her friends ditch her" (Meh)

Deputy (FOX): This surprisingly solid Stephen Dorff channeling Keifer Sutherland action drama wraps up tonight with "When informants start turning up dead, everyone has to work together to find the leak in the department; Teresa and Cade deal with a major setback in the custody battle for their foster kids; and Bill gets stuck in a difficult position." (but that's every week on the show!) (This was a joy to catch up with last week honestly, I sincerely hope it manages to defy the odds and come back for a 2nd season but I'm skeptical of that happening) (Now if this had been airing on CBS....)

Grey's Anatomy (ABC): Richard preps to present his PATH pen (???) at the LA Surgical Innovation Conference but is distracted by the fight he's been having with his wife; Maggie and Teddy run into people from their past; Hayes relives moments from when he and his late wife met. (Who the heck is Hayes???)

Legacies (The CW): In a race to save Josie, Hope infiltrates her subconscious and finds herself in a fairy tale world filled with dark magic; Alaric, Lizzie, and the super squad commit to their own risky plan to get Josie back. (The episode is called "Facing Darkness Is Kinda My Thing") (nods)

The Bold Type (Freeform): Sutton and Richard's wedding day is here and Sutton is faced with a big decision; Jane tries to  celebrate with her friends while struggling to process recent discoveries; Kat's continuing crusade against the board has unexpected consequences. (nods) (Recent Discoveries, Unexpected Consequences, AND A WEDDING DAY?!?!?!? Now that's good melodrama right there)

Top Chef (Bravo): The chefs honor the dead Pulitzer Prize winning food critic Joe Gold by using his last guidebook, they go all over over LA to sample the unique food trucks, mom and pop cafes, and ethnic cuisine all featured in his last guidebook. (Its like The Amazing Race but with food!)

Wife Swap (Paramount): A perfection obsessed wife with a cleaning obsessed husband swaps lives with a hard partying couple whose 3 year old stays up all night. (Well how do you know the perfection obsessed wife won't just start organizing the hard partying couple's activities????)

Kill Chain-The Cyber War on America's Elections (HBO): This new documentary aims to freak you out about our upcoming elections--from voter registration to counting ballots, data security expert Harri Hursti examines how hackers can influence and disrupt the election system. (Greeeaaaaatttt)

Swamp People (History)

Great Food Truck Race (Food)

Married at First Sight (Lifetime)

Gomer Pyle (MeTV): Carter will not believe that Gomer really knows football star Moose Lewis (Shazam???)

9:30

The Neighborhood (CBS): Monday night staple gets a special Thursday night rerun airing " When Dave accidentally knocks out the power, Cedric and Tina spend the night at his house where Cedric goes a-snooping" (CBS CBS CBS)

Indebted (NBC): In the second episode of the night "Everybody's Talking About Pleasure" (No synopsis provided--just the title!)

Impractical Jokers-Inside Look (Tru TV): I'm only listing this for HockeyMike

Green Acres (MeTV): Oliver's mom comes to the farm for rest but finds little peace or relaxation. (Shazam???)

10:00

Bull (CBS): In a random Thursday night rerun (This does not bode well for normal timeslot holder Tommy here) "A couple is sued for custody by their baby's biological father after a fertility mixup; because family court is ruled solely by a judge without a jury, Bull tries to strategize how to best win the case since there's no jury to analyze" (This episode literally aired less than a month ago!)

Law and Order Special Victims Unit (NBC): An ingenue ballerina discovers that she's being secretly videotaped for a pornographic website. (Ewwww) (Also this is finally back for new episodes after several weeks off)

A Million Little Things (ABC): This solid enough Thirtysomething-esque show wraps up its 2nd season with "As Eddie and Katherine prepare to renew their wedding vows, Eve goes into labor and everyone must rush to the hospital; Things get serious with Delilah and her fling Miles; Eddie learns more about his involvement in the mysterious lake accident."  (There's most likely gonna be a 3rd season, tho it hasn't been formally renewed yet, i can't imagine it getting cancelled just yet--which is good news because the cast is wonderful and I'm happy for them all to get to keep working together)

Better Things (FX): Sam takes Duke to the ballet and Frankie to Pinkberry. (FX! FX! FX!)

The Sinner (USA): Top Pick of the night goes to this show which is wrapping up its 3rd season with episode 8--"Jamie seeks vengeance putting him on a collision course with Ambrose--aka Detective Bill Pullman" (I havn't seen a single episode of this season tho I imagine I'll catch them all on demand at some point before they all expire) (I know Stegrelo's been watching, and Amadeus was tho he might've given up!)

Tacoma FD (TRU TV):  This scripted comedy about a firefighting crew returns for its 2nd season tonight with "As Eddie prepares to become a dad, the rest of the crew's wagering gets out of control, forcing them to ba all gambling from the firehouse; the crew finds creative ways to bet behind Chief's back causing Lucy to fall further into debt. (Soooo Gambling Takes Over the Fire Station????)

Swamp People-Serpent Invasion (History): (How is this a show???)

Vegas Chef Prizefight (Food): (How is this a show???)

The Dead Files (Travel): (How is this a show???)

Building Off the Grid (Discovery): No i won't say it a 4th time

I THINK THAT'S ALL I GOT FOR THE NIGHT! NICE! HAVE A GREAT THURSDAY YOU GUYS!!!!
