I made this for my son and his gf’s 5th year Anniversary brunch. Clotted cream is very easy to make , but it does take a long time to make (12 hrs). This is a multi recipe post , soft pillowy scones from 15 spatulas and clotted cream from Food Wishes.
The jam recipe was everything I needed to use up in my fruit basket .
