The Voice (NBC): The Knockouts Part 4--This last night of the knockout battles finds Taylor Swift once again doing that mentor thing, I dunno, I don't actually watch this...Does anyone here??? Believe me I don't judge! (I leave that for the people with their chairs turned around to do!)

The Resident (FOX): After a plane crashes in Atlanta, Devon is overcome by guilt at the thought that he could've prevented it; Adaku returns to ask Mina a big favor; Conrad and Nic consider risking it all to investigate a drug that might be linked to Jessie's death. (That The Resident, Always Risking It All...Man I wish i could be The Resident)

THE LITTLE MERMAID LIVE! (ABC): ABC effectively pre-empts its two hour sitcom block tonight for this special live presentation where-in a group of actors retell the story of The Little Mermaid. (nods) With Queen Latifah as Ursula the Sea Witch!!!! (You have my attention) And Shaggy as Sebastian the Crab. (You've lost my attention) (No i'm only playing--I Love Shaggy!!! "It Wasn't Me" See??? I Know Who He Is!!!!!)

The Flash (The CW): Cisco's faith in his own ability to fill Barry's shoes is upended when he learns of a shocking murder; Killer Frost trusts no one except herself to hunt down the dangerous Ramsey Rosso. (I Don't Trust No One See? I'm Gonna Get This Ramsey Rosso See? And I'm Not Gonna Trust No One While Doing So See?) (Why do you keep asking me if i see??? See what??? Yes i can see you! You're not invisible you know!)

Finding Your Roots (PBS): Bryant Gumbel, Tonya Lewis, and Suzanne Malveraux trace their ancestry in a rerun from 2016.

9:00

FBI (CBS): After a Wall Street investor is murdered, the team is led to an insider trading ring that uses unconventional methods to gain info; OA struggles to maintain confidence in his budding relationship with Mona. (I wonder what unconventional methods are being used to gain info--crystals? tarot cards? psychic mediums?)

This Is Us (NBC): Deja pushes the boundaries of Randall and Beth's trust to the breaking point; Jack and Rebecca invite Randall's new teacher over for dinner. (Pushing Boundaries, Inviting new teachers over for dinner---You're A Loose Cannon This Is Us!!!!)

Empire (FOX): Lucious tries to make amends for his wrong doings with an old friend; Cookie vies to take control of the house; Andre and Lucious go head to head in a competition to figure out the direction empire should be heading in. (I hate to say this but like every last one of Lucious' old friends are pretty much dead now right? Every person i can think of that the show has introduced as an old friend of his over the years has all pretty much been killed off--who's even left from the old neighborhood now?!?!?!?)

Arrow (The CW): When a mysterious new Deathstroke appears in Star City; Oliver and Team arrow insist on taking down this new villain themselves; Still reeling from the loss of one of their own, Team arrow figures out a new way to stop J.J. (Yeah Team Arrow!!! You Take It To Them Streets Boy!!!) (I don't know either)

Frontline (PBS): In this new two hour documentary titled "In The Age Of A.I." The promise and perils of Artificial Intelligence are profiled, including fears over work and privacy and the rivalry between The U.S. and China.  (nods) (But what about the threat that Skynet poses huh? You didn't think of that did you PBS?)

The Purge (USA): Marcus confronts his past; Esme learns the truth; Ryan changes his plans; Ben seeks understanding. (What is this "This Is Us" over here with the multiple people doing simple descriptions passing for plotlines here--Why I Outta...)

Curse of Oak Island (History): This Jasoo Approved Program Returns For Its 7th Season Tonight (Hoooray!!!) and the description reads as follows "Armed with new evidence suggesting a ship is buried in the swamp, Rick, Marty and the team return to Oak Island determined to honor Dan's legacy by solving the centuries old mystery once and for all." (Season 7 Everybody! Season 7!)

Chopped (Food): Season 44 of this show rolls on (episode 3 tonight) with a plant based mystery ingredient, and tomato cookies figure on in the dessert round. (That really doesn't sound very appetizing now does it)

Life Below Zero (Nat Geo):

Bearing Sea Gold (Discovery): When a fellow runner vanishes, Ken and Shawn interrupt their competing operations to join the search and rescue teams. Vern risks the Goldship while on the hunt for pay dirty. Emily races mother natures as the frigid end approaches with some dangerous winds. (Well i hope they find their fellow runner!)

9:30

Green Acres (MeTV): Lisa believes that a missing Eb has been reincarnated as a dog. (nods--makes sense to me!!!!)

10:00

NCIS New Orleans (CBS): After the events of last week's episode (LaSalle found out that his missing brother had been murdered) the team must help LaSalle bring his brother's murderer to justice; This entails tracking a drug ring in Alabama that they believe to be responsible. When Pride assists, he crosses paths with Eddie Barrett, an elusive individual who knows more than he is saying. (This Eddie Barrett guy sounds an awful lot like "Skinny Boy" doesn't he?) (Also do you think NCIS New Orleans will get justice for the murder of one of their owns' siblings??? I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say Yes, but you never know!)

New Amsterdam (NBC): When Kapoor introdcues a patient to Iggy's PTSD group, a creative treatment plan causes turmoil; Sharpe discovers a long kept secret regarding a patient. (This is odd for me, there's no plotline for Dr. New Amsterdam here--do you think Dr. Amsterdam is taking the day off or what???)

Emergence (ABC): The rest of the Tuesday night lineup may have been pre-empted by singing sea creatures, but not this new show--"Jo and Benny investigate the death of Richa5rd Kindred's former business partner; Mia and Peter experiment with Piper's powers; Alex confronts Ed about his health." (Emergence--Its Oh So Emergence!!!)

Mayans M.C. (FX): In this 2nd season finale, The need for justice ignites tough decisions for both the Reyes Brothers, and the M.C. club itself. This being the season finale is running all the wy until 11:36 tonight! (Holy Moly is that long!)

Treadstone (USA): "The Kentucky Contract"--Doug solves a problem; Edwards has a breakthru; Soyun embarks on a dangerous journey. (Sure, this all makes sense to me)

Greenleaf (OWN): Also having a season finale tonight is this 4th season show where "Bob Whitmore returns to Calvary; Phil asks Charity for a very important yes; Fernando Ariable gives Kerissa info about the Greenleaf's hazy past; lady Mae considers an offer that would achieve her dream."  (Sure, this all makes sense to me)

Famously Afraid (Travel): New reality show premieres tonight--this time a new show that combines celebrity reality with debunking the paranormal reality. (Great) In what seriously seems like a spoof but is apparently not a spoof we have for a synopsis "Howie Mandell and his family are terrorized by an evil spirit; Hal Sparks uncovers the truth about his own alien abduction; and model Chloe Lubasiak opens a portal to another realm on a trip to New Orleans" (This seriously can't be a real show right????)

Running Wild With Bear Gryllis (NAT GEO): SEASON 5 Premiere for this former NBC series now airing on Nat Geo for some reason (I don't get why its not on NBC honestly--wasn't it doing quite well for them????) Tonight's episode features none other than famous meme person Brie Larson joining Bear on a trip across a remote island in the Gulf of Panama. (The episode is called Brie Larson in The Pearl Islands)

Also on is a new ep of Tosh.O (Comedy Central) if anyone cares.  (followed at 10:30 by a new Jim Jefferies Show again if anyone cares)

10:30

The Misery Index (TBS): Lastly we got this Impractical Jokers starring game show with a new episode tonight that features "A dumb way to break up with someone; a gross sex dream; a pants free performer; and a vertical face painter" (For the dumb way to break up with someone--I wanna guess breaking up via lightbright!)

THAT"S IT!!! I FINALLY MADE IT TO THE END OF MY LIST HERE!!!! HAVE A GREAT TUESDAY!!! I DON"T KNOW WHY BUT THIS LIST SEEMED A LOT LONGER THAN USUAL!!!
