Happy Saturday!!
I made this Irish recipe for last nights supper. I learned very quickly that when Trader Joe’s has Irish bangers available to stock up for the deep freezer (they’re seasonal.. early March). This recipe is pretty straightforward, and quite delicious. Paired with lightly boiled peas and a Texas twist with sliced jalapeños lol.
