Another canning recipe this time converting juice to jelly. Growing up , I always loved Welch’s grape juice , but hated their jelly. Since finding fresh Concord grapes is a task, using the “no sugar added” juice is the next best thing and very simple to make. I add freshly squeezed lemon juice to mostly all my jams/jellies to give a lovely tang against the sweet taste.(optional)
The color is phenomenal....a beautiful deep aubergine hue.
