In the Key of Love πŸŽ₯ (Hallmark Movies Now, 3 a.m.): Delayed from its original June premiere, this movie is about photographer Laura Osnes, who learns her ex-boyfriend Scott Michael Foster — who is also her ex-singing partner — is in the wedding she is working.

Doctor Who πŸ“Ί (Retro TV, 7 p.m.): Tonight, it is the Fifth Doctor (Peter Davison) serial "Kinda" where alien being from another plane, the Mara, uses the dreams of Tegan Jovanka (Janet Fielding) to reach the planet Deva Loka and takes over the body of the Kinda Aris (Adrian Mills) to attack colonists.

Law & Order πŸ“Ί (WE, 7 p.m.): Dets. Lennie Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Ed Green (Jesse L. Martin) investigate the murder of a young boy, who died from a blow to the head. The police find two eyewitnesses, ages 13 and 10, and soon begin to suspect they likely lured Aaron and killed him. IIRC, this episode was inspired by the murder of James Bulger, which will be familiar to anyone who saw the Oscar-nominated short Detainment earlier this year.

Good Witch (Hallmark Channel, 8 p.m.): Middleton is buzzing with the arrival of a comet that appears once every hundred years. Everyone in town gets a wish, but not all wishes will be granted.

Here Comes the Brides πŸ“Ί (Decades, 8 p.m.): Holly (Jennifer West), who previously tried to con Jason (Robert Brown) into becoming a father, returns to Seattle to live. Unfortunately, the money she brings with her turns out to be counterfeit, and Jason reluctantly goes along with her to bring the counterfeiter to justice.

The Rook (Starz, 8 p.m.): After a terrifying prophecy, Myfanwy's desperation leads her to place her trust in a powerful enemy.

Serengeti (Discovery Channel, 8 p.m.): As the Serengeti starts to dry out, competition heats up between the families. The strong females take center stage, dealing with headstrong males and fighting for the survival of their kin. I read this like it was a 1980s soap.

Teen Choice 2019 (Fox, 8 p.m.): Did you know this award thing is still around? Performing are OneRepublic, Mabel, Jordan McGraw, Sarah Hyland, and HRVY, among others. Nominees include Dark Phoenix, Men in Black: International, Fuller House, L.A.'s Finest, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, Little, Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, Murder Mystery, MacGyver, and Noah Centineo (twice). Lucy Hale hosts.

Top Gear (BBC America, 8 p.m.): FINALE. Freddie heads to Iceland to compete in the world's maddest motorsport, Paddy gets to grips with the new Toyota Supra, and Chris investigates the story of the Lotus 79.

U.S. Gymnastics (NBC, 8 p.m.): It's the senior women's competition live from KC.

City on a Hill (Showtime, 9 p.m.): When an unlikely source confides in Decourcy, the Massachusetts State Police hatch a plan that promises arrests without the help of the FBI.

Claws (TNT, 9 p.m.): FINALE. Just when the crew thinks that they can boss up, fate takes a turn on Desna and Roller... and pulls them back in!

Curse of Akakor (Facebook, 9 p.m.): SERIES PREMIERE. When three explorers go missing searching for a lost city of gold, the question remains – was it an accident? Or a murder? With new technology and a team of experts, join the expedition through the Amazon to unravel the mystery in this docuseries.

Fear the Walking Dead (AMC, 9 p.m.): The group, traveling in a convoy, doubles-down on their mission to help survivors. In an effort to encourage more survivors to reach out, Al, Luciana and Charlie document Morgan and the gang on a dangerous mission to help a reclusive survivor.

Food That Built America (History, 9 p.m.): SERIES PREMIERE. In the wake of the Civil War, a revolution takes place on the backs of visionary entrepreneurs of industry like Heinz, Kellogg and Post. They all push the limits of ingenuity to launch businesses that will revolutionize industry.

Grantchester (PBS, 9 p.m.): FINALE. The violent death of a young man proves to Geordie that the country has gone to the dogs. Will struggles with a decision that will determine his future. Will Will make a decision?

Instinct (CBS, 9 p.m.): Dylan and Lizzie go under cover in New York's erotic underworld to investigate the murder of a high-powered public relations rep. Meanwhile, a love from Julian's past comes back into his life with a proposal he can't resist. Later, Dylan and Lizzie work to uncover why an Olympic-hopeful figure skater is killed while on the ice. Saints & Sinners (Bounce, 9 p.m.): After Ella's successful casino opening, Rex reveals long-held secrets that could reverse her good fortune.

Strange World (Travel Channel, 10 p.m.): SERIES PREMIERE. In the first episode of this new docuseries with Christopher Garetano, he hunts for evidence that mind-control experiments took place beneath Camp Hero Air Force Base in order to create super soldiers.
